Title: Airport Slaw
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:
1 Head white cabbage
1 md Head red cabbage
2 lg Purple onions; sliced
-into rings
1 Stalk celery; diced coarsley
1 Green apple; unpeeled, diced
1 Red apple; unpeeled, diced
1 Head cauliflower; separate
-into flowerets & dice
2 lg Bell peppers; sliced
-into rings
3 Limes; juice of (or lemons)
2 Bottles cole slaw dressing
1/2 ts Celery seed
Salt & pepper to taste
Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in
refrigerator 4-24 hours (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top
several times during chilling.
