Title: Almond-Raspberry Brie
Yield: 4 Servings

12 oz Brie
2 tb Seedless red raspberry jam
1 tb Chambord or other
-raspberry-flavored liqueur
1 1/2 ts Brown sugar
3 tb Almonds; sliced
1 tb Honey

Slice Brie in half horizontally. Place bottom half of Brie on a
microwave-safe serving plate.

Combine jam and Chambord, if desired; spread on cheese, leaving a 1 inch
margin around edge; top with remaining cheese half.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and almonds, and drizzle with honey.

Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or just until soft. Serve immediately with wafer
cookies or gingersnaps.
