3 oz Hops (hallertau)
1 ts Irish moss seaweed
5 ga Water (up to 5 gal)
1 pk Yeast (liquid dusseldorf ale
Or dried ale)
3/4 c Priming suger
Boil wort for one hour. Ferment at slightly lower temperature to get the
proper character
