3 lb Medium ground pork butt
2 lb Medium ground veal
1 tb Salt
1 tb Pepper
1 ts Ground Nutmeg
1 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Ground mace
1 ts Ground sage
1/2 c Fine, dry bread crumbs
1 c Water
Mix all ingredients together and stuff into sheep casing or make into
