Title: Apple-Cinnamon Salad
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
2 pk (3-oz) strawberry gelatin
2 c Boiling water
1 1/2 c Cold water
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 c Diced; peeled apples
1/2 c Diced celery
1/4 c Chopped pecans
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water & cinnamon & chill until
thickened. Fold in apples, celery & pecans. Spoon into a 6-cup mold or
bowl. Chill until firm.
