Title: Apple Casserole Cake

Hot fruit (apples, cherries)

-------------------------POUR INTO A CASSEROLE DISH-------------------------
2 tb Sugar
2 Egg whites
4 tb Boiling water
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder

Add ingredients in order, mixing as you go. Pour over fruit and bake at 350
for about 30 minutes.

This is surprisingly good. Ginger is an unusual spice in apple things, but
it works nicely.
