Ingredients:





     1 c  Flour


     1 c  Sugar


     1 ts Baking powder


   1/2 ts Salt


     1 ts Cinnamon


     1    Egg


     1 ts Vanilla


     1    Stick butter or margarine;


          -melted


     1 cn Sliced apples






 Line pan with apples and melted butter. Beat egg and vanilla together;


 combine with dry ingredients. Spread over apples. Bake in preheated 350


 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
