Title: Apple Crunch #3
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

6 -(up to)
8 Tart apples
1/2 c Light brown sugar
1/2 c Sugar
Whipped cream or vanilla ice
-cream

1 c Flour
1 c Light brown sugar
1 c Oatmeal
1/2 lb Butter
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg

Core, pare and thinly slice apples. Blend crust ingredients. Arrange apples
in the bottom of a 9 inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle apples with
the 2 sugars and top with a layer of the crust. Repeat layers, ending with
a heavy 1/4 inch crust. Press layers gently. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350?.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Yield: 8 servings.
