1/4 c Apple sauce
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Egg white, beaten
1 1/4 c Flour
1 ts BS
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 1/2 c Chopped apples (these need

Add apples at the end and fold in gently. Can add raisins if you like.
Bake at 350 for 20 min. Makes 8 muffins.
