   3/4 c  Apple cider, preferably


          -unfiltered


   1/4 c  Club soda


          Ice


          Green apple slice


          Lemon wedge






 1. Mix apple cider and club soda together in 10-ounce old-fashioned glass.


 Fill with ice. Garnish with green apple slice or lemon wedge.
