          -pineapple in unsweetened


          -juice


   1/4 c  Raisins


   1/2 c  Pecan or walnut pieces


     1 c  Sugar


     3 lg Eggs


     1 c  Packed dark brown sugar


 1 1/4 c  Bland vegetable oil


   1/2 c  Applesauce


     2 ts Pure vanilla extract


     2 c  Finely shredded peeled


          -carrots (about 4)


   2/3 c  Shredded sweetened coconut
