Title: Applesauce - Sugar Free
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
4 md Apples; pared,cored,quarterd
1/4 c Water; to 1/2 cup
2 Sticks cinnamon
1/4 c Nutrasweet Spoonful
Combine apples, water and cinnamon. Cover and simmer until very tender,
about 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon. Mash apples until smooth. Stir in
sweetener.
NOTES : I use a couple of dashes of ground cinnamon instead of stick
cinnamon.
