8 oz Dried Apricots -- moist
1/4 c Coconut
2 tb Marmalade, Orange
4 ts Powdered Milk
5 ts Sunflower Seeds, Roasted --
4 ts Sesame Seeds -- optional
4 ts Nuts -- chopped, optional
1. Steam apricots if apricots are stiff to soften. Grind or chop very fine.
2. Mix and mash apricots together with remaining ingredients. 3. Shape into
1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar and coat thickly. Repeat in half an
hour, or use coconut instead.
