Title: Avacado Dip #1
Yield: 6 Servings

3/4 c Sieved avocado
1 Clove garlic
1 1/2 ts Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tb Minced parsley
3/4 ts Celery seed
1/4 ts Salt
3 dr Tabasco sauce; more or less
1 ts Grated onion
1/2 ts Prepared mustard

Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through a
sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and other
ingredients, blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup.
