Yield: 1 Cup

Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 Crushed garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tb Mayonnaise Lurie
mash the avocado, then blend in garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Then stir
in mayo until the mixture is of the desired consistency. chill to serve.
