Title: Baked Carrots
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1/2 Tsp; nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1/4 c Water
2 c Sliced carrots
3 tb Butter


In 1-1/2 quart casserole, mix dry ingredients with water. Add carrots and
dot with butter. Cook, covered, 9 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking
time. Rest 5 minutes.
