Baked Pinapple

Title: Baked Pinapple
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

1 cn (16-oz) crushed pineapple;
-drained
3 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
1/4 lb Butter
6 sl Bread; cubed


Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart
casserole. Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat. Put buttered
cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350? for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
