Title: Baked Rice #3
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 c Cooked rice
2 Green onions; chopped
2 Egg whites; slightly beaten
1/2 c Fat free cheese; shredded
1 c Canned corn; drained
1 ts Lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 ds Garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray
round or square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture in
dish & bake at 350 deg for 25-35 minutes. Entire recipe makes 4 servings.
