Title: Baked Turkey Salad
Yield: 4 Servings

2 tb Olive oil
1 c Celery; thinly sliced
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Mayonnaise type salad
1/2 c Light sour cream
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 lb Cooked turkey breast; cut
-into cubes
1/2 c Slivered almonds; toasted
6 oz Mushrooms; sliced
1/4 c Seasoned breadcrumbs

1. Preheat oven to 325?F.

2. Heat oil in a large heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add celery
and onion and saut? 4 minutes, or until tender.

3. Remove from heat and stir in next 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to
taste until well blended.

4. Add turkey, almonds and mushrooms. Toss to coat well. Transfer to an
ovenproof casserole.

5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
