Title: Balsamic House Dressing
Yield: 32 Servings

Ingredients:

1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/4 ts Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh rosemary; marjoram,
-savory or other herbs
1 1/2 c Olive oil


Blend vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs together. Whisk in
olive oil. Let stand in refrigerator for 30 mins. before serving. Will keep
for about 1 week. Makes 2 cups.
