Title: Balsmic Glazed Steak
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
3 lg Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Cracked black pepper
2 lb Top round steak; 1 1/2"
-thick
In a plastic zip-top bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to coat
steak. Chill at least 2 hours, turning once. Heat broiler. Place steak on a
broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for med-rare, turning once. Let stand 10 mins.
before slicing.
