Title: Banana Eggnog

Ingredients:
1 Ripe banana, sliced into
-thin pieces
1 Egg
1 tb Sugar
1 c Cold milk
2 tb Maple syrup
Beat together banana, egg and sugar until well blended and smooth. Add milk
and maple syrup and beat until combined. Pour into chilled glasses. This
has a very delicate banana flavor.
