Ingredients:





     2 c  Sugar


     1 c  Oil


     3 c  Flour


     1 ts Salt


     2 ts Baking soda


     5 md Bananas; mashed


     4    Eggs


     1 c  Nuts; chopped


     1 ts Vanilla






 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Makes 3 regular loaves. Cream sugar and oil.


 Add bananas and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour into


 three greased loaf pans. Bake about 45 minutes.


 


 It will make 8 mini loaf pans. Bake for 30 minutes.


 


 Convection Bake - 325 degrees - 30 minutes.
