Ingredients:





     2 tb Soy sauce


     2 tb Honey


     2 tb Plum jam (I used strawberry


          -and gooseberry and it still


          -came out OK)


     1 tb White wine vinegar


     1 ts Worcester sauce


     1 ts Mustard powder


     2 tb Tomato ketchup


          Some lemon juice






 Mix it all togther, and slap it on whatever you want to barbecue.  It's a


 bit sweet, but I like that sort of thing!
