 1 1/2 ts Black pepper


   3/4 ts Ground nutmeg


   1/2 ts Ground cloves


   1/2 ts Ground ginger


   1/2 ts Paprika


   1/2 ts Red pepper (cayenne)


   1/4 ts Ground mace (optional)


   1/4 ts Ground cardamom (optional)
