1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Water
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Packed brown sugar
1/4 ts Coarsely ground pepper
1 Clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 1/2 cup.
