Title: Beans with Vinaigrette
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 lb Fresh green beans
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
3 tb Olive oil
Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Mix remaining ingredients in jar with
tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drain beans; pour dressing over beans and
toss well.
NOTES : Carrot strips or red bell pepper strips steamed with the beans make
a colorful addition.
