Title: Beef and Avacado Spiral Sandwiches

Ingredients:
4 8-inch flour tortillas
1/2 c Purchased spicy guacamole
1/2 c Chopped seeded tomato
4 sl Cooked roast beef; 2-oz
-each, (from deli)
1 c Alfalfa sprouts
1/2 c Salsa
Warm tortillas as directed on package.
Spread 2 tablespoons guagamole on each tortilla; sprinkle each with 2
tablespoons tomato. Top with 1 slice roast beef and 1/4 cup sprouts. Roll
up. Secure with toothpick. Serve with salsa.
