Title: Beef Oven Stew with Meatballs
Yield: 2 Servings

1 Beaten egg
2 tb Cornstarch
2 ts Instant minced onion
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Salt
8 oz Ground beef; (up to 10)
2 sm Potatoes; peeled/quartered
2 sm Carrots; sliced
1 sm Onion; quartered
8 oz Tomatoes OR stewed tomatoes;
-or more
1 Beef bouillon cube
3 tb Water

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine egg, cornstarch, instant minced onion, dry
mustard, chili powder and salt. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into
6-8 balls. Brown in Microwave on High for 6-7 minutes. Placei n 1 1/2 quart
casserole. Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix together remaining
ingredients and heat in Microwave. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and
bake at 350 ? until vegetables are tender, aobut 1 hour and 15 minutes.
