Title: Beef Taco Salad
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:

2 c Ground beef
1 Tomato; fresh,chop
1 sm Onion; diced
1 Garlic clove
1 ds Salt
2 Chili peppers; diced
1 ds Black pepper
Lettuce; shredded
Cheddar cheese, shredded


Recipe by: Jo Anne Merrill, recipe from Del Mar Ca Brown meat in skillet
over medium heat; drain well. Put tomato, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper
and chili peppers in blender; chop fine but do not puree. Use chili peppers
of your choice, hot or mild. Add mixture to browned meat, simmer until all
liquid is absorbed; cool. Place meat mixture on shredded lettuce and add
cheese to garnish.
