Title: Beet Relish
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 qt Cabbage; finely chopped
1 qt Cooked beets; finely chopped
1/2 c Horseradish
3/4 c Sugar
1 tb Salt


Mix well and cover with cold vinegar and set away.
