Title: Biscotti Pudding
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:



1 pkg. Almond Toast cookies 1/4 C. white Port wine 1 Lg. pkg. instant
vanilla pudding 3 C. milk 1 C. whipping cream (whipped) or cool whip
Garnish: Toasted almonds & raspberries

Lay cookies in an 8x10" dish. Sprinkle with the Port wine. Slowly beat milk
and pudding mix for 2 min. Spread over cookies. Chill. Cover with whipped
cream. Garnish with raspberries and almonds. Alternate: Amaretto and
Chocolate pudding mix.
