Title: Blintz Souffle
Yield: 6 Servings

12 Cheese blintzes; frozen
6 Eggs
6 tb Butter
1 1/2 c Sour cream
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Orange juice

Grease glass dish, arrange blintzes. Beat eggs and all ingredients
together. Pour over Blintzes. (You can do this the night before and keep it
in the fridge until the next morning!) Bake at 350F approximately 45
minutes until puffed and golden.
