3 c Pecans; cut up
2 c Coconut
1 Box powdered sugar
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 tb Vanilla
1 pk (12-oz) semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 lb Paraffin
Melt butter. Add sugar, milk, vanilla, coconut & nuts. Mix thoroughly.
Place in refrigerator to chill. After mixture is chilled, spoon into small
balls. Combine chocolate chips & paraffin. Melt in double boiler then keep
warm. Dip balls into chocolate coating. Place on waxed paper & cool. Makes
about 85 pieces.
