Title: Bourbon Cream

2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Confectioner's sugar
1 tb Bourbon
In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until
thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form.
Serve immediately.
