Title: Broccoli Casserole
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 pk (10-oz.) frozen broccoli
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
2 Eggs; beaten
2 md Vidalia onions
1 pk Ritz crackers
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 c Grated cheddar cheese


Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Add soup, beaten eggs, onions and
margarine. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and
crackers. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4. Posted by Ethel Snyder
