Ingredients:





     3 pk Broccoli; cooked, chopped


     1    Stick butter or margarine


     1    Jar (medium) pasteurized


          -process cheese spread


     1    Jar (small) pimento


     1 cn (small) bamboo shoots


     3 c  Rice; cooked


     1 cn Cream of celery soup


     2 cn (small) mushrooms


     1 cn (small) water chestnuts;


          -halved


     1 c  Shredded cheddar cheese






 Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Freezes well.
