Title: Brunch Eggs
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

8 sl White bread without crusts
1 lb Grated sharp Cheddar
8 Eggs
2 1/2 c Half-and-half milk
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Paprika
1 tb Finely minced onion
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne
1/2 ts Accent
Softened butter


Butter casserole dish. Butter bread slices & layer bread & cheese in dish.
Combine eggs & seasonings in blender. Pour over bread & cheese. Cover with
foil & refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before
baking. Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours.
