Title: Cajun Ragin' Rub
Yield: 1 Cup

Ingredients:
1/4 c Celery salt
1/4 c Ground black pepper
1/4 c White pepper
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Cayenne
1 tb Dried Thyme
2 ts Dried Sage
Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry.
