Title: Cauliflower Latkes

Ingredients:

1 Cauliflower; cooked in water
-and salt
2 Eggs
2 tb Flour
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Oil for frying


Drain cooked cauliflower and mash with a fork Add the rest of the
ingredients, and stir to combine Deep fry in plenty of hot oil Drain in
paper towels Serve at once
