Title: Cherry Cream Filling
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

3 oz Cream Cheese; softened
1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 ts Vanilla Extract
1/4 ts Almond Extract
1/3 c Maraschino Cherries;
-Chopped, well drained
2 dr Red Food Coloring; optional


1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in small bowl on medium speed of electric
mixer until well blended. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract; beat well.
(Mixture will be thin.)

2. Stir in cherries and food coloring, if desired.
