Title: Chicken a L'orange
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 lb Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves
1 c Orange juice
1/2 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Green pepper; chopped
1 ts Dijon mustard
1 ts Garlic powder
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Molasses


Place chicken in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over
the chicken. Bake, covered, at 350F for 30 minutes. Remove cover & continue
baking 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve sauce over rice or
noodles.

Per serving: 182 cal, 2.1g fat (10.8%), 66 mg chol, 513 sodium
