Ingredients:





     3 tb Ancho chili powder


     1 tb Cumin


     2 ts Dried oregano


     2 ts Garlic powder


     1 ts Coriander


   1/2 ts Black pepper


     1 ts Sea salt






 Mix all of the above ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar. Use in


 any recipe that calls for chili powder. Yield: about 1/2 cup
