Title: Chinese Chicken
Yield: 4 Servings

2 c Cooked; diced chicken
1 c Diced celery
1 c Rice; cooked
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 ts Lemon juice
1 ts Salt
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 cn (4-oz) water chestnuts;
1/2 c Butter; melted
1/2 c Slivered almonds
1 c Corn flakes

Mix all ingredients together except butter, almonds & corn flakes. Spread
in casserole. Add almonds & corn flakes to the melted butter. Put on top of
chicken mixture & bake in oven preheated to 350 for 35 minutes.
