Ingredients:
1 Stick butter or margarine
4 tb Cocoa
6 tb Buttermilk
1 Box powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Nuts; chopped
Melt butter, cocoa & milk together in saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil.
Pour mixture over the powdered sugar. Beat well. Stir in vanilla & nuts.
