Coconut Caramels

Title: Coconut Caramels
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

3 c Brown sugar
1 c Milk
1 ts Butter
1 c Coconut


Melt 1 c. brown sugar. Add milk, remaining brown sugar and butter.
Boil to soft ball. Add cocoanut. Beat and drop from teaspoon on wax
paper. Cool.
