Title: Coconut Pistachio Pudding
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 sm Instant pistachio pudding
-mix
1 pt Sour cream
8 1/4 oz Crushed pineapple, canned,
-undrained
1 1/3 c Coconut
Mix first two ingredients. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix well. Serve
immediately or chill. DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 9x13"PAN. Typed by Lynn Thomas.
Lynn's notes: I always make a double batch of this because it goes fast. A
delicious and easy dessert.
