Corn Salsa

Title: Corn Salsa
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 cn (15 1/4 oz.) whole kernel
-corn; rinsed and drained
1/2 cn (4.5 oz.) chopped green
-chilies; drained
1/2 cn (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe
-olives; drained
1 sm Tomato; chopped
2 Jalapeno peppers seeded;
-finely chopped
1 1/2 tb White vinegar
2 1/2 tb Oliveor vegetable oil
1/4 ts Salt


Combine all ingredients in a nonaluminum bowl. Cover and refrigerate,
stirring often, at least 2 hours. Serve over fish or with tortilla chips.
Makes 3 cups.
