Corn Seafood Salad

Title: Corn Seafood Salad
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 c Cooked corn
1 Green pepper; diced
1 md Tomato; diced
1 lb Raw shrimp; cooked and
-cleaned or 1 1/2 cups crab
-meat (7 1/2-ounce can)
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Minced onion
1/2 ts TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 ts Salt


Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend
mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO? Sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss
gently. Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges. Makes 4 servings.
