Ingredients:





 1 1/4 pt Ketchup


 1 1/2 c  Sugar


   1/4 c  Apple cider vinegar


     2 tb Molasses


     1 tb Dijon mustard


     2 ts Worcestershire sauce


     1 ts Liquid smoke flavoring


 1 1/2 ts Salt


     1 ts Black pepper


   1/4 ts Onion powder


     1 ts Garlic powder


     1    Splash whiskey






 Combine all ingredients except whiskey and simmer 1 hour, stirring often.


 Add splash of whiskey (or brandy) and cook 30 min. more.
